SHIPPING NOTICE:
Due to the ongoing postal strike in Canada, there has been a significant delay in shipments. As a result, all carriers are currently experiencing longer-than-usual processing times.
We are working hard to make sure your order is shipped as soon as possible, but please be advised that it is taking longer than expected for your order to be picked up by our alternate carriers.
Once your order ships, we will promptly send you the tracking details so you can monitor its progress.

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.
Please note:
Some style hats are manufactured by hand and may take up to 10 days to ship.
Local pick up is available for customers in the Winnipeg and surrounding area. If you select this option, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up.
International Shipping (Outside Canada and the USA)
Please note that all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Winnipeg, Canada. Be aware that Crown Cap is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the importing country. The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties and taxes charged by the recipient's country.
Free Shipping promotion applies only to orders within Canada and the United States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
