All orders are processed within *2 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Local pick up is available for customers in the Winnipeg and surrounding area. If you select this option, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up.

Any tariffs, duties, and taxes will now be calculated and shown at checkout—no surprises. These charges are set by your country’s government and ensure your package clears customs without delays.

While we don’t control these fees, showing them upfront means your order can arrive smoothly, with no extra charges on delivery.

You might notice your order ships from North Dakota—this is simply part of our broker’s shipping process. Since your order originated in Canada, duties and taxes still apply.

US Customers – Important Note on Canadian-Made Goods

All our Canadian-made styles are tariff-free under the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA). This free trade agreement lets goods made in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico cross borders without tariffs—provided they meet specific requirements, which Crown Cap does. That means no import fees on any Canadian-made styles.
