Our hats are hand cut and crafted with the skill and care of old world craftsmen. To ensure longevity of your investment:

• When wet, shake out the water and place your hat in an “airy” place to dry
• Store in a dark and airy space when not being worn
• Fur may be brushed with a fine brush (some shedding will occur) but never brush when wet
• Never store your hat in a plastic bag
• Never leave your hat near a heat outlet
• Never leave your hat in a bright place, such as window. Prolonged exposure can cause shedding and discoloration
• Never place fragrances directly on your hat
• Never machine wash or machine dry your hat
• Your hat must be cleaned or repaired only by a recognized specialist

Fur, Shearling and Leather hats must be cleaned by a recognized
specialist.

Textile hats must be dry clean only.

Fit has changed

I've bought a number of these over the years and you've changed the form. The roll is wider than it used to be, and the same size (L) fits my head differently. It's too tight to pull all the way down so it rides high, but the next size up is too loose. I've tried ordering several. Not sure what happened, I used to love and these were a regular staple. I'm going to hang onto my old ones until they fall apart.

Best hat ever!

This is by far the best hat I've ever had. It's comfortable, warm and you don't have to worry about chasing your hat down the road in a windstorm! This particular hat dosen't cover the ears for the real frosty days but for the most part you'll love it for most fall, winter & spring days.
